About

I write here mainly of topics related to software development and about teaching software development. Occasionally I also may write about something different. Some of the posts may be in Finnish only.

I work currently as a lecturer at the University of Oulu, INTERACT research unit. My teaching includes courses related to software development and programming, and other administrative responsibilities such as macrodata refinement.

Courses I’ve taught and developed include Software engineering, Software architectures, Mobile systems programming, Embedded software development environments, Programming basics, Computers and data networks, Data structures and algorithms, Server side programming and User interface design and programming.

In my spare time I like to draw and paint as well as create apps.
